摘要
用HPLC检测了不同物候型茶树新梢生育过程中内源激素水平的变化。结果表明,早生种和枝梢顶芽IAA含量低,Zeatin含量高,ABA/IAA与Zeatin/IAA比值高,Zeatin/ABA比值低;新梢生育过程中,IAA和ABA含随新梢展叶数增加而下降,ABA/IAA比值呈“S”形曲线变化,Zeatin/ABA比值随新梢展叶数增加而下降;早春轻剪和喷洒催发素使IAA水平下降,ABA/IAA比值提高,Zeatin/ABA比值下降,对新梢激素有调节平衡作用。
By using the technique of High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC),varations of endogenous hormone levels in tea shoots during their developments were investigated.Results showed that the content of indole 3 acetic acid(IAA) and the ratio of Zeatin to ABA(abscisic acid) were low,but the Zeatin content and the ratios of ABA to IAA and of Zeatin to IAA were high in early sprouting cultivars and terminal buds.During the development of the shoots,the contents of IAA and ABA,the ratio of Zeatin to ABA gradually decreased with the increasing of the spread leaves,and the ratio of ABA to IAA could be represented by the “S”curve.Light pruning and spraying Cuifasu,a mixture of exogenous hormones and nutrient elements,in early spring could decrease the IAA content and the ratio of Zeatin to ABA,increase the ratio of ABA to IAA,and adjust the balance of the endogenous hormone levels during the development of the shoots.
