摘要 用高效液相色谱法分析了茶树生育过程中内源吲哚乙酸(IAA)和吲哚乙醛(IAAD)含量的变化及外源α-萘乙酸(NAA)对内源激素和新梢生育的影响。结果表明,这两种激素在新梢生育初期生长缓慢时含量较高,生长快时含量较低,生长接近停止时含量又有所回升。在秋季叶面喷施200mg/LNAA后,开始时一度使新梢生长受抑,随后生长加速,新梢总长度增加,但生长周期缩短。外源NAA处理后,新梢中IAA含量明显高于对照,3周后低于对照;IAAD则在整个新梢生育过程中低于对照,直至第6周才回升至高于对照。 HPLC was used to investigate the variations of the endogenous IAA and IAAD contents during the development of tea shoots and the effect of exogenous α NAA on the endogenous hormones and the development of tea shoots.The contents of the two endogenous hormones were at a relatively high level in early stage of the shoot development and decreased with the increasing of the developing speed of the shoots.The contents of the two hormones returned to the high level when the shoots nearly stopped developing.By spraying tea bushes with NAA(200 mg/L) in autumn,the development of the shoots was restrained for a short time,and then the development was accelerated ,resulting in an increasing of the total shoot length and the curtailing of growing cycle of the shoots.The IAA content of the NAA treatment was significantly higher than that of the CK within the 3 weeks after the treating.The IAAD content of the NAA treatment was lower than that of the CK until the 6th week after the treating.The biosynthesis of IAA in the shoots was also discussed in this paper.
