基于模糊理论的发动机异响实时诊断方法

FUZZY MATHEMATICS APPLIED TO THE STUDY OF REALTIME DIAGNOSTIC METHOD FOR ENGINES ABNORMAL NOISE FAILURES

基于模糊数学的有关理论，针对国产ＥＱ６１００型发动机常见异响故障，建立了相关的模糊数学模型，给出了异响诊断的模糊关系矩阵，提出了诊断系统的基本方案及技术路线，最后给出了实例分析，测试结果表明此方法是可行的。

オraditionally,diagnostic method for engines abnormal noise failures mainly stays at personal experience.Consequently, the failures cant be diagnosed without rich personal experience,on the other hand,the artificial method is inefficient for large number of automobiles. In recent years,some theories,such as pattern recognition,artificial intelligence,neural net system, fuzzy mathematics and so on,combing with modern electronic control system,may bring about a new way to diagnose the engines abnormal noise failures quickly and accurately.In this paper,by means of fuzzy mathematics,focusing on the abnormal noise failures for domestic EQ6100 engine,some fuzzy mathematics models and a fuzzy matrix for the diagnostic system of abnormal noise failure were chosen,and the scheme of diagnostic system was given.Based on this,abnormal noise failures in a practical EQ6100 engine was diagnosed as an example.The results show the diagnostic method is feasible.
