低惯量喷油器自动测试台液压供喷油路设计

摘要 根据低惯量喷油器调压垫片自动测试原理,运用计算机数字仿真和实验研究相结合的方法进行专用液压供喷系统设计。找出方案中附加容腔和节流阀开口量对供喷性能的影响,最终获得符合要求的油路结构。这是一种为达到一定动态测试要求而进行的液压系统CAD。它不同于常规经验设计,其方法行之有效。 ccording to automatic measure principle of regulation washer for small inertial fuel injector, a research method with computer numerical simulation and experiment is employed to design special hydraulic system on fuel injection. At first to contrive an oil circuit scheme, than to research the state space model about above schematic diagram and the basis of above model by means of numerical simulation method to find out the effect of volume of additional chamber and orifice area on chargeinjection characteristic for the fuel injector tested and at last has been achieved a conformable oil circuital diagram. This is the hydraulic system CAD to get dynamic property required. It is different from an experience design. This method is useful.
