超高压系统的电液比例控制

摘要 针对目前超高压压力控制系统技术状况普遍较低的现状提出了超高压系统压力的电液比例控制方法,在分析研究系统关键部件性能的基础上,将电液比例控制与计算机技术应用于超高压系统的压力控制,为超高压系统机电一体化的实现及性能的改进与完善提供了理论依据,详细介绍了系统组成原理与控制实现方法,说明了结合微机进行超高压系统压力的电液比例控制是切实可行的。 おn this paper,according to the condition that the control performance of pressure of the superhigh pressure system is relatively bad,the method about electrohydraulic proportional control of the pressure of superhigh pressure system is developed. On the basis of the analysis and research of the key component property of the system, electrohydraulic proportional control and computer technology have been applied to controlling pressure of the superhigh pressure system.We get the regression equation about mechatronics of superhigh pressure and improvement of performance.It also introduces in detail the principle of constitution of the system and the method of control.It shows that combining with a microcomputer,it is practicable to carry out the electrohydraulic proportional controlling of the pressure of superhigh pressure system.
