球墨铸铁凸轮轴金属型铸造工艺

摘要 金属型铸造球铁凸轮轴工艺,通过试验研究已取得初步成果。试验表明,根据球墨铸铁的凝固特性,通过严格控制化学成分,选择合适的金属型涂料和采取必要的铸件出型缓冷措施,能够获得所希望的金相组织和机械性能,并有效地提高金属型使用寿命。这一工艺无公害,节省材料,节约能源,节约劳动力,铸件尺寸精确,机械性能好,为今后机械化生产创造了条件。 The test on casting in chill for the cam shaft of nodular cast iron is made and some results are obtained. According to the solidification performance of nodular cast iron, when the necessary measures are taken, i.e, controlling rigorously the chemical composition, selecting appropriately paints of metal mould and cooling slowly the castings, the desired metallurgical microstructure and mechanical property of the material can be gained, and the useful life of the metal cast mould can be remarkably prolonged. It is shown that this technique has some advantages——no public hazard, saving materials、 energy and manpower, accurate dimensions and good mechanical properties for the castings. These create favorable conditions for the mechanization of cast production in the future.
