摘要
分析了国内现行磨损检验规范的局限性,指出了其阻碍滚子链耐磨性能提高的弊端。通过对滚子链套筒零件过盈压入内链板所产生的颈缩的有限元分析与测试研究,首次设计了异型套筒零件坯料(扁丝)的剖面形状与尺寸,试制了新型的高耐磨性链条,并分析研究了异型套筒零件对滚子链磨损性能,特别是初期磨损性能的影响规律,指出在现有工艺条件下,这是提高滚子链耐磨性能的有效途径。台架磨损对比试验与道路使用磨损对比试验表明:新型滚子链的耐磨性能显著提高,为创造我国的名牌链条产品奠定了坚实的基础。
オhe limits of the ourrent weartest specification at home was analysed,and the malpractice blocking the increase of wearresistance of roller chain was showed.Through finiteelement analysis and test for the neckdown resulting from transition fit of bush and internal plate.The shape and dimensions of specialshaped bush blank was first designed.The influence of specialshaped bush on wear properties,specially in initial stage,for newmade high wearresistant chain was studied,which point out the effective way to increase the wearresistance of roller chain.The results of the dais wear test and the practical wear test showed that the wearresistance of new type of roller chain was greatly increased.The solid base for famous brand product of our country was built up.
