野生朱种群结构及血缘关系的研究

Wild population structure and relationship of oriental crested ibis (Nipponia nippon)

朱目前仅有一个孤立的野生种群于陕西洋县境内，数量仅３０多只，本研究采用环志标识的方法，集９年的野外监测资料，对朱野生种群的性比、年龄结构、配对繁殖行为和配偶个体间的血缘关系进行了分析．揭示了朱野生种群的配偶个体在自然选择配对过程中回避近亲的现象．确认了目前野生朱种群是一个年轻的性比基本合理的发展型种群．如果采取有效保护拯救措施，对环境、天敌和人为干扰因素加以控制，这一濒危物种的数量将会得到持续增长．

The Oriental Crested ibis (Nipponia nippon) is a critically endangered species. Now there is only one isolated wild population of this speies, with more than 30 birds in Yangxian county, Shannxi Province. The sex ratio, age distribution, mate structure and relationship of the breeding birds in the wild are studied by the technique of banding. It is found that the Oriental Crested Ibis avoids inbreeding naturely when they choose the mates randomly.This paper outlines the data of the wild population from 9yearlong monitoring, and puts forward the idea that the population will be on the sustainable increase, with young aged structure and balancce of the sex ratio if controls are put on catastrophes and environmental variations.
