摘要
从野猪染色体遗传标记的角度,论述了野猪与家猪杂交的可能性,并对野猪的肉用性能做了初步分析,其氨基酸含量丰富,必需氨基酸种类齐全,肌间脂亚油酸含量达17.36%.提出了野猪资源进一步利用的途径和方式,为野猪资源的开发利用提出了新的思路.
From wild pig chromosome genetic marker, the possibility of hybrid of wild pig is discussed and the meat property of wild pig is analyzed. Its meat abounds in amino acid content and has a satisfactory variety of essential amino acids. C218 is 17.3 percent in muscular fat. A new idea is put forward of utilizing wild pig resources.
