摘要
本文从制度建设、评优活动、严格管理、“两课”教学、队伍建设等方面总结了我院加强和改进学校德育工作的经验，为高校德育工作提供了借鉴。
This essay sums up the experience in enhancing and bettering the college moralityfrom the wiewpoint of system perfecting, grading, management strengthening, teching ofMaxism and moral education and ranking, and it can be used for reference by other biger institutions.
