摘要
本文从高校人事工作的实际出发,探讨了人事干部处理人际关系之重要性和必须遵循的几个原则以及如何处理好各种关系。
In this article, based on their practice of personnel matters, the authors have pointed out the importance of personnel cadres handling the interperson relationship correctly. They have also given the principles they have to follow and the approaches in handling the question.
