摘要
德国是一个经济发达国家。这与德国政府及社会各界高度重视成人职业教育分不开。今天的教育就是明天的经济。德国通过多种途径积极开展成人职业教育不间断提高劳动者素质的做法，值得我们借鉴。
Germany is an economically developed county. Its development benifits from German government and every social class attaching importance to education. We always saytoday's education is tomorrow's economy. Germany is just like this. They develope adults'post- education through a pariety of methods and improve labour guality frequently. WhatGermany has done is worthy of being used for reference.
