摘要
研究了软接触结晶器电磁连铸传热凝固特点,通过对实验室条件下金属Sn在连铸过程中的温度场、初始凝固点和坯壳厚度的测定,得到了它们受电磁场影响的基本规律,分析了它们对铸坯表面质量的影响.结果表明:在电磁场的作用下,液相区内的金属温度趋于均匀,初始凝固点降低,初生坯壳变薄,铸坯表面质量明显改善.
The character of heat transfer and solidification in soft contact continuous casting was studied. The temperature field, starting point of initial solidification and shell thickness of Sn during continuous casting were determined under lab condition. The elementary relationships between them and electric volt were obtained. And the effects of these factors on surface quality of ingot were also analysed. It is showed that under the condition of electromagnetic field , the temperature of liquid metal tends welldistributed, the starting point of initial solidification lowers down, the shell thickness becomes thinner, and the surface quality of ingot is improved obviously.
