摘要
生产过程中,许多工件应用热镀锌方法实现对其表面的镀锌处理.镀锌炉的温度控制是保证工艺正常进行的关键.模糊控制由于不需要被控对象的严格的数学模型,可根据操作人员的经验,来制定模糊控制规则,采用计算机和模糊控制理论来实现自动控制,可得到良好的控制效果.本文就镀锌炉的温度控制,给出了智能模糊控制算法.
In realistic practice, hotgalvanizing is usually applied in zincgalvanizing work pieces' surface. The temperature control of zincgalvanizing furnance is the key of this craft, which can ensure that the craft proceeds normally. Because fuzzy control does not need the strict mathematical model of the controlled object, we can lay down the rule of fuzzy control by the experiences of operating workers, and we can achieved good control effects by using computers and fuzzy control theories in automatic control. This paper presents an intelligent fuzzy control algorithm on temperature control of zincgalvanizing furnace.
