回转器旋转对绿豆根冠细胞中平衡石位移的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以根冠细胞中平衡石位移作为对重力反应的指标,用自行研制的回转器及石蜡切片技术进行幼苗生长走向及平衡石失重反应的观察.并就其利用回转器模拟失重效应的可能性作讨论. The germinated mung bean seeds were laid on the 1π clinostat, and rotated horizontally. The orientation of growth response and movement of statolith in root cap cell are observed. The results showed that the growth patterns of rotative and horizontally static seedlings are distinctly difference. The former lost sensitive response to gravity, their growth appeared as linear manner, and the hypocotyl bend upwards and root bend downwards in the latter. The distribution of statolith also showed the notable difference. The statolith were distributed randomly in root cap cell of rotative seedling and precipitated to the lower side of the cell in the control seedling. The possibility of the simulated weightlessness by clinostat was discussed.
