日本沼虾肝胰腺细胞超微结构的研究

STUDIES ON THE ULTRASTRUCTURE OF HEPATORANCREAS CELLS OF MACROBRACHIUM NIPPONENSE

通过电镜观察，发现日本沼虾肝胰腺含四类细胞：分泌细胞（Ｂ细胞）、吸收细胞（Ｆ细胞）、储存细胞（Ｒ细胞）和胚细胞（Ｅ细胞）。此四类细胞可以通过粗面内质网的多寡、脂滴、液泡的大小及有无进行区分。但更为直接的方法是根据细胞微绒毛的有无或大小进行区分。胚细胞多位于基膜外故没有微绒毛，储存细胞的微绒毛最长，分泌细胞微绒毛最粗短，而吸收细胞微绒毛介于储存细胞和分泌细胞之间。

Electron microscope examination of ultrastructures of hepatopancreas cells of Macrobrachium nipponense reveals that the hepatopancreas are made up of numerous small blind tubules.Each tubule consists of four types of cells:secretory cells (B cells),absorptive cells (F cells),storage cells (R cells)and embryonic cells (E cells). B-,F-,R-,and E-cells can be distinguished from one another by different features of cells,such as the presence or absence of the cytoplasm organelles.BUt by microvilli we can tell the difference between them more quickly and correctly.E-cells lack microvilli because they locate in the basal lamina.Among B-,F- and R-cells the microvilli of R-cells are the longest while those of B-cells are the shortest.
