两种龟强迫潜水呼吸交换量的测定 被引量:2

THE DETERMINATION OF THE AMOUNT OF AQUATIC RESPIRATORY GAS EXCHANGE OF TWO KINDS OF TORTOISES DURING FORCED SUBMERGENCE

摘要 对乌龟(Chinemysrevesi)和中华花龟(Ocadiasinensis)进行强迫潜水实验,用水常规化学定量分析法分别测定其水呼吸交换量。结果表明:其潜水状态下的气体代谢为静息代谢和轻度活动代谢相综合的代谢水平;潜水过程中的摄氧量大小与其体重有关。 An experiment of forced submergence of Chinemys reevesii and Ocadia sinensis was carried out in 1996 in the Laboretory of Hydrobiology,Hebei University.The amount of aquatic respiratory gas exchange were determined by routine chemical quantitative water analysis methods.The results showed that gas metabolize during submergence is at a level of routine metabolisms while at rest and slight activity.During submergence the amount of the oxygen uptake is correlated to the body of tortoises weight.
