实验动物的微生物控制与阴道菌丛之间关系的研究

ON RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE MICROBIOLOGICAL CONTROL AND THE VAGINAL FLORA OF LABORATORY ANIMALS

摘要 对不同微生物控制级别的40只小鼠、30只大鼠和3只野鼠的阴道菌丛以及它们与微生物控制之间的关系进行了研究。普通级(CV)、无特殊病原体级(SPF)大鼠以及野鼠的阴道菌丛主要是由链球菌和肠杆菌科细菌(67%~100%)构成,而CV和SPF小鼠的阴道菌丛以链球菌(77%~94%)占绝对优势。比较CV和SPF大、小鼠其它细菌种类之间的差别,在CV大、小鼠中,部分细菌的分离频度及含菌种数多的个体分别高于SPF大、小鼠。与SPF大鼠相比,CV大鼠的阴道菌丛更接近于野鼠。以上结果表明,实验动物微生物控制与阴道菌丛之间存在着相互关系,微生物级别不同的动物,其阴道菌丛有所不同。 The relationship between the microbiological control and the vaginal bacterial flora of laboratory animals was studied in 40 mice, 30 rats on various microbiological control conditions and 3 wild rats. The vaginal flora of rats including wild rats was found to consist mainly of Streptococcus and Enterobacteriaceae (67%~100%) in comparison with that of mice which Streptococcus was only predominant organism (77%~94%). The species and numbers of the other aerobic and anaerobic bacteria from CV and SPF rats were different from each other, and so were CV and SPF mice. Both the isolation frequencies of partial bacteria and individuals possessing more bacterial species in the vaginas of CV rats and mice were higher than those of SPF rats and mice. The vaginal bacterial flora of CV rats was close to that of wild rats. The pressent results suggested that there are relations between the microbiological control and the vaginal bacterial flora of laboratory animals, and different microbiological control animals make differences in their vaginal floras. In addition, as basic data, these findings could profit man in the study of sex physiology and vagina infective diseases.
