摘要
运用活性电泳技术对SD大鼠肝再生进程中酪氨酸碱性磷酸酶的活性进行了追踪检测,用统计学方法分析了各再生时期肝组织中单核、双核及多核肝主质细胞出现频率的变化动态,并进一步研究了酪氨酸碱性磷酸酶活性与细胞分裂的关系。结果表明:(1)单核细胞出现频率与双核细胞出现频率呈强负相关性。(2)酪氨酸碱性磷酸酶在肝再生过程中起促进胞质分裂的作用。
This article mainly discusses the dynamic varieties of activation of PTPase,and that of the percentages of the cells with different numbers of nuclear in the regeneration of the S.D rat liver. The results show that the numbers of single nuclear cell has negative relation with those of binuclear cell. The obvious changes in activation of PTPase in liver regeneration suggest that the activation of PTPase is closely related with cytokinesis.
