家兔喉和气管粘膜表面结构的扫描电镜观察

SEM OBSERVATION ON THE SURFACE STRUCTURE OF THE CAVUM LARYNGIS AND TRACHEA MUCOUS MEMBRANE IN RABBIT

摘要 采用扫描电镜技术,对家兔喉的会厌、喉前庭、前庭襞、声襞和喉下腔的粘膜表面结构以及气管、支气管、肺叶支气管和肺段支气管进行了观察,结果发现,会厌上1/2的粘膜表面为扁平上皮,无纤毛和杯状细胞,会厌下1/2的粘膜表面为纤毛上皮;喉前庭表面的上皮为鳞状;前庭襞表面光滑,由许多小皱襞斜行排列组成;声襞由7~9条细长而平行排列的皱襞组成;喉下腔粘膜表面布满了纤毛。气管、支气管以及肺叶和肺段支气管,粘膜表面主要由纤毛和杯状细胞覆盖,粘膜皱襞走向在气管内呈环行,而在支气管、肺叶和肺段支气管内呈纵行。 The surface structure of epiglottis,laryngeal vestibule,vestibular fold,vocal fold and laryngis inferius in cavum laryngis and trachea,bronchi,lobar bronchi and segmental bronchi of rabbit were observed by using scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the first half of the epiglottis surface was covered with simple squamous epithelium,without ciliar and goblet cell,while the rest of it was covered with ciliated epithelium,the epithelium of laryngeal vestibule looks like the scales of fish. The surface of vestibular folds is smooth,and covered with many small folds in obligue lines. The vocal folds were composed of 7-9 fine and paralled folds. The cavum largngis inferius was covered with full cilia cell. The trachea,bronchi,lobar bronchi and segmental bronchi were covered with ciliar and goblet cells. The folds of mucous membrane in the trachea are arranging in rings,and those in the bronchi,lobar bronchi and segmental bronchi in longitudinal lines.
