24小时尿标本留取方法的改进

Effect of an improved method for collecting of 24-hour urine sample on testing results

目的 :减少影响 2 4h尿标本检测结果的因素 ,探索一种简单科学的 2 4h尿标本留取方法。方法 :将 73例住院患者的 2 4h尿标本分为 4组 ,进行自身对照 ,测定其尿糖、尿蛋白、尿酸、内生肌酐清除率、尿电解质值。结果 :4组测定值差别均无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,证明改进法完全可以替代传统法留取 2 4h尿标本。

Objective: In order to avoid the influence factors on 24-hour urine and explore a simple and scientific method for collecting the samples. Methods: The samples of 24-hour urine of 73 patients were divided into 4 groups.An auto-control null hypothesis was performed to test their urine glucose、urine protein、uric acid、Ccr and urine electrolyte. Results: No statistically significant differences among the 4 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The improved method for collecting 24-hour urine sample can completely replace the traditional method.
