试论扶风县耕地保护

Cultivated Land Protection in Fufeng County

针对陕西扶风县在耕地保护中的一些问题，提出加强土地利用规划的权威性和实施性，加强农村居民点的改造和统一规划，正确处理农业内部结构调整过程中的各种关系等措施，以达到保护耕地。

Aiming at some problems in cultivated land protection in Fufeng County in Shanxi,this paper, so as to protect the cultivated land and use the land rationally,puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the authority and practicability of the land use plan,the reconstruction and overall planning of the rural settlement,and to treat properly all kinds of relations of agricultural internal structures in the adjustment process.
