论产业化与环境保护的关系

On the Relationship between Industrialization and Environment Protection

在确定产业化生态经济内涵的基础上，着重分析了环境问题的产业成因，指出产业体系不完善是造成现实环境问题的内在原因，全面推行产业化是保护生态环境的有效途径。

On the basis of determining the eco economic intension of industrialization, this paper emphatically analysed the industrial causes of environmental problems. The author pointed out that environmental problems could be imputable to uncompleted industrial system, and promoting industrialization process was the effective way for environment protection. In the end several concerned propositions of policy had been provided.
