The 21st Century Oriented Production Model and Its Management

分析了当代生产经营环境的新变化和科学技术的新发展，论述了先进生产模式的演进及其管理问题，并指出尽快研究符合中国国情又尽可能与国际接轨的面向２１世纪的生产模式及其管理理论与方法。

Both the new trends of contemporary production environment and the new developments in science & Techonoloygy are discussed in the first part of the paper. The evolution of production models and relative management issues are further discussed systimatically. At the end, it is stressed that it is quite necessary to study both the production model and its management theories and methods as soon as possible at the basis of China's realities and internationals practices of the 21st century, this is the historical task facing us, as the author stresses.
