摘要
石化企业长期受国家计划经济的制约,传统的经营管理方法已不适应当前市场的变化.分析了石化企业面临的经营环境和困难,提出了一种基于市场差价成本法的营销管理方法。
Petrochemical enterprises in China have been restricted by the planned economy for a long time. Traditional management can't adapt to the present change of market. The article analyzes the operating environment and difficulities that petrochemical enterprises face, and puts forward a new method of marketing management based on market price difference cost. The principle and application of the method is also discussed
