Study on the Theory of Management Mechanism Design

以系统工程、群决策和机制设计理论为基础，提出了管理机制设计理论，并对其设计原理、方法与步骤以及研究的主要问题进行了阐述。

The theory of management mechanism design is sut up on the basis of the theory of system engineering, group decision making and mechansim design in this paper. Meanwhile, the principle, method and steps of management mechanism design are dealt with and the key research problems in the process of the mechanism design are discussed as well. Finally, some case studies for firm's management mechanism design are presented.
