轻苯精制酸碱消耗高的原因和解决措施

摘要 莱钢焦化厂精苯车间针对酸洗净化工艺酸碱消耗高的状况,采取了加大混合程度,变球形混合器为直形锐孔板混合器,改变酸洗反应器的内部结构,增加碱油反应器等措施,使酸耗由100kg/t轻苯降为65kg/t轻苯,碱耗由15kg/t轻苯以上降为9.5kg/t轻苯,三苯收率提高1.5%. To counter this condition of high consumption of acid and alkali for picking purification process ,thepurified benzene shop of the coking plant of Laiwu iron and sted general works adopts some measures,such asincreasing the mixing degree,transforming spherics mixer into mixer with straight acute orifice,changing theinternal construction of pickling reactor and adding alkali-oil reactor,etc. Thus the consumption of acid per tonof light benzene is decreaed from 100kg to 65kg,the consumption of alkali per ton of light benzene is decreasedfrom 15kg to 9. 5kg and the output of three benzene is increased by 1. 5%.
