摘要
本文按改扩建工程应贯彻“以新带老”的原则，“增产不增污，污染水平不超过１９９５年实际排污水平”的精神，预测并评价了《石岘造纸厂年增产十三万吨彩色胶印新闻纸技术改造工程》建成投产后可能带来的环境影响，并针对评价结果提出了该工程建设的废水处理工程的改进建议。
Basing on the principle that the transform or increase engineering must dispose of new sewage together with the old,and on the grovermental requst of “making increase on production while not on sewage”,and “not exceeding the actul sewage emission level in 1995”,we focasted and evaluated the possible enviromental infulunce in the Gaya River,after the thechnical transformal engineering of the shixing paper Mill,which would increase production of 130,000 tons colour offset printing newsprint,is complished and began to producte.a propose is made to deal with the pollution made by the engineering,and to take some environmental protection ways.
