摘要
本文在简要概述了长江三峡水利工程库区洛碛段的地质与水文地质条件的基础上,对段内将会出现的主要环境工程地质问题,进行了充分而深刻的分析与论证,为工程竣工后洛碛段内工、农业布局与环境保护方案设计以及洛碛镇迁建新址实施方案的确定,提供了可靠的理论依据。
On the basis of the brief exposition of the geologic and hydrogeologic situations in Luoqi sector of the Three-Gorge hydraulic project,the Yangtze River,the article thoroughly and deeply analyses and demonstrates those main environmental geoengineering problems which will arise in the sector,so as to provide reliable theoratical evidence for the plan or determinations of the industrial and agricultural distribution,the design of environmental protection and the new site of Luoqis migration and building after the completing of the project.
