摘要
本文通过田间小区试验,研究了不同尿素用量对大白菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明:高施氮量有利于大白菜地上部分的生长,可以获得较高的蔬菜产量;但低施氮量条件下,大白菜根系生长较旺盛,表现出一定的自我调节能力。施肥量越高,大白菜体内硝酸盐含量越高,甚至超过 WHO/FAO 规定的食用标准。而且施肥量越大,大白菜体内的 VC 含量越低,即品质降低。
Field plot experiment was made to study the effect of urea quantity on Chinese cabbage.It was found that high quantity of urea was benefit to vegetable growth and re- suited in a large biomass.Low amount of urea was good to root growth.Nitrate content in the leaves was positively proportional to urea quantity used.However,vitamin C content in the leaves was negatively proportional to urea quantity applied.
