NiFe/Cu多层膜巨磁电阻与界面结构的研究

A Study on the Giant Magnetoresistance (GMR) and the Interface Structure in NiFe/Cu Multilayers

采用磁控测射方法制备的ＮｉＦｅ／Ｃｕ多层膜，在室温下测量到巨磁电阻随Ｃｕ层厚度振荡的第三峰。

The NiFe/Cu multilayers were prepared by magnetic sputtering.The third peak of MR ratio 5 8%,was observed at room temperature as the thickness of Cu layer was varied.The effects of interface structure of MLs on GMR were discussed.
