摘要
采用磁控测射方法制备的NiFe/Cu多层膜,在室温下测量到巨磁电阻随Cu层厚度振荡的第三峰。
The NiFe/Cu multilayers were prepared by magnetic sputtering.The third peak of MR ratio 5 8%,was observed at room temperature as the thickness of Cu layer was varied.The effects of interface structure of MLs on GMR were discussed.
