摘要
本文分析了拉脱法测量水表面张力系数α的不稳定因素．
There are three questions have been analyzed in this paper the unstable factor of measuring coeffientsurface tension of water ( α ) using haul escape method, the reason that this result is larger than the common value and the way of solving the problem.
