摘要
在文[1]基础上,对比平面波衍射测细丝直径方法,讨论了高斯光束Fraunhder衍射测径的几个技术性问题。在衍射原理基础上,对用Gaussian光束测细丝直径这种方法给予了理论上的解决和实验上的校准,表明用Gaussian光束测细丝直径代于用平面波衍射测细丝直径,理论和实验结果有较好的吻合。
Comparing with the method of measuring diameter of filament by plane wave Fraunhofer diffraction, Some problems, which will meet by Gaussian beam Fraunhofer diffraction,are described. The new method is better than the older- All calculation results are essentially in agreement with experimental datum.
