摘要
设计和制作了InP／InGaAsP学输入光波导，多输出光波导，和光栅的单片集成波长分离器件，文中给出了器件的设计参数，以及制作工艺，并给出了该器件的测试原理图。
The article reports a method of designing and fabricating a integrated Inp- based wavelength demultiplexer.This device is composed of a single input waveguide,multi- ple output waveguides,and a concaved grating.The device design parameters and fabrication technique are described.The device test setup is also represented.
