大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面愈合中纤维连接蛋白的变化

摘要 为研究烧伤创面纤维连接蛋白(FN)含量变化及其与创面愈合的关系,对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面FN含量和创面形态学变化作了动态检测。结果表明:烫伤后1d创面表皮毁坏,FN含量开始增高;伤后7d,FN含量达峰值,然后逐渐下降;伤后21d,创面上皮化完成,FN含量仍高于正常。实验提示:烫伤后创面FN含量的变化与创面愈合过程密切相关;创面FN含量的增高可能是机体促进损伤组织修复的有利反应之一。 Fibronectin (Fn) may be related to burn wound healing in time-course. In this study, we measured with electroimmunoassay the changes in the content of fibronectin in deep partial thickness burn wounds after thermal injury in rats and observed morphological changes in those wounds with sections of H.E. staining.The results showed that the content of Fn in wound tissues increased significantly on lst day postburn when epidermis of the wound was destroyed. On 7th day postburn, the content of Fn in wound tissues reached to peak value and then gradually decreased, but still was higher than that of normal controls even on 21st day postburn while reepithelialization occurred on the wounds. We concluded that the changes of Fn in deep partial thickness burn wounds might be related to the process of wound healing in time-course and benificial to wound healing.
