深Ⅱ度烫伤大鼠创面渗液中细胞因子的变化 被引量:1

Dynamic Changes of Cytokines in Wound Exudates from SD Rats with Deep Ⅱ Degree Burns

摘要 实验以35只SD大鼠为模型,皮下包理海绵后再造成10%深Ⅱ度烫伤(Sb组),同时设仅理海绵的对照(S组),于伤后1、2、3、5、8、14、21d分别检测海绵渗液中白细胞介素-1(IL-1)白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)的生物学活性。结果发现无论是烫伤组还是对照组,在烫(创)伤早期创面渗液中,均能测到高水平的IL-1、IL-6;在烫(创)伤后期,对照组细胞因子水平迅速下降,烫伤组细胞因子水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。 35 SD rats were divided into two groups by subcutaneously implanting sponges only(s), and by administering Ⅱ degree burns on 10% of their total body surface immediately afer the implantation (sb). The activities of IL- 1, IL-6 and TNF in wound exudates within sponges were measured at 1d, 2d, 3d, 5d, 8d, 14d and 21d post each of the two injuries. It was found that in the early phases of injuries there were high levels of IL-1, IL-6 in wound exudates of both groups. In the late phases, cytokine levels of a group decreased rapidly, while those of sb group still remained high (P<0.05).
