摘要 应用最新型ServoMed蒸发仪,测定正常手心和手背皮肤的非显性失水,Ⅱ度和Ⅲ度烧伤创面、肉芽创面和供皮区创面的水分蒸发,以及新鲜尸体皮覆盖于自行设计制作的模拟创面模型的透湿性。结果显示:各类创面的水分蒸发远大于正常皮肤的非显性失水;覆盖于晶体平衡液模拟创面模型的尸体皮透湿性接近于正常手背皮肤的非显性失水。该文所得数据将有助于体外快速有效简便的测定覆盖物透湿性方法的建立。 The evaporative water loss from the burn wound surface, granulating wound surface and donor site is much greater than from the normal skin. The ability to transport water vapour is therefore an important function of the coverings and the measurement of the water vapour permeability of the coverings becomes one of the valuable preclinical assessments ofthe coverings. Hence, it is very important to establish a fast, effective and uncomplicated method of measuring the vapour permeability of the coverings. The water vapour loss by evaporation from the normal skin of the palm and back of the hands, Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree burn wound surfaces, granulating wound surfaces and the donor sites and the water vapour permeability of the fresh cadaver skin covering on the simulating wound surface model which was designed by ourselves were measured by the Servomed evaporimeter. The results showed: the water loss by evaporation from Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree burn wound surfaces. granulating wound surfaces and donor sites was much greater than the water loss by evaporation from the normal skin of the palm and the back of the hands. The water vapour permeability of the fresh cadaver skin covering on the simulating wound surface models of the crystal balanced salt solution was the same as the water loss by evaporation from the normal skin of the back of the hand approximately. We hope these data will be valuable to the establishment of fast,effective and uncomplicated method of measuring water vapour permeability of the coverings.
