循环流化床锅炉状态监测与故障诊断专家系统的设备与功能组态

Facilities and function composition of the circulating fluidized bed boiler expert system

为将智能化专家系统技术应用于循环流化床锅炉诊断领域，以某型循环流化床燃烧锅炉为原形对象，利用计算机知识系统，从设备组态和功能组态两方面描述了循环流化床燃烧锅炉状态监测与故障诊断专家系统（ＣＦＢＢＥＸＰＴＳ）。其中，采用了易于维护和资源共享的模块化设计方法。任务控制中心（ＴＣＣ）的设计，改善了由多台微机组成的ＣＦＢＢＥＸＰＴＳ的运行协调性。

The objective of the research is the monitoring and fault diagnostic system of circulating fluidized bed boiler. The necessary facilities and function composition of the circulating fluidized bed boiler expert system (CFBBEXPTS) was described. In function composition, the modular design method is used for joint sharing of resources and easier maintenance. The design of task control center (TCC) can improve the coordination of the performance of CFBBEXPTS consisting of multi PC computers. This paper is the general description of CFBBEXPTS.
