酶联亲和组化法测定子宫肌瘤及腺肌瘤患者外周血白细胞雌、孕激素受体

Detection of ER and PR in Peripheral Blood Leucocytes in Patients with Uterine Myoma and Adenomyoma

采用酶联亲和组化法测定子宫肌瘤及腺肌瘤患者与正常女性献血员外周血白细胞雌、孕激素受体。此法与葡聚糖活性碳法的相符率为88.89％,并实用、简便、易行、可靠。

ER and PR in peripheral blood leucocytes were measured with histo-chemical technique of en- zyme affinity in patients with uterine myoma and adenomyoma and normal female blood donors. The compati- bility of this method was 88.89%, being higher than that of DCC method. It is a practical, simple, and reli- able method.
