This paper introduces the method for formating the mathematical model in application to medicine，and provides some typical models formated in order to display the picture of continual solution of model and computer processing.A mode is formated,when a mathematical model is converted to a acceptable mode of analogy circut and digital circut by infrence from mathematics．The results of experiment show this method is effective.
