黄河源头地区的生态建设与保护

Ecological Construction and Protection in the Original Area of Yellow River

黄河源头地区，地处世界海拔最高的青藏高原腹地，区内独特的高寒草甸，丰富的珍稀特有物种，多样的自然类型，原始的生态环境，无论在科研上或自然生态保护上，还是对流域社会经济发展，都具有十分深远的战略意义。但是由于自然因素和人为不合理的社会经济活动的影响，致使区内部分植被破坏，禽兽减少，鼠虫猖獗，生态失调导致与其相关的草原退化、土地沙化、水量减少、水土流失等一系列严重的生态环境问题。因此，必须加强黄河源区的生态建设及环境保护，增加投入，综合治理，搞好造林种草、育草，加强水土保持和草原建设等项工作，促进区内生态系统向良性循环转化，做到水、土、生物等资源永续利用，经济持续发展。

The origination of Yellow River locates in the inner land of Qinghai-Tibet plateau where the elevation is highest in the world.The special alpine meadow,rich rare special species,various natural types and original ecological environment have the profound strategic significance to research and natural ecological protection or to the social economic development.But,because of the natural and human unrational activities,part of the vegetation has been destroyed,which causes the birds and beasts decreased,rats and insects rampant,prairie degenerated,land sandy,water decreased,and serious soil and water loss.The ecological construction and environmental protection should be strenghthened,the investment should be increased,and the work of comprehensive control,planting trees and grasses,soil and water conservation,and prairie construction should be done to promote ecosystem to the fine circle, and sustainably use water,soil,and biological resources to get economic sustainable development.
