长江流域发展集流灌溉农业前景分析 被引量:1

摘要 集流灌溉农业是“八五”末期在我国西北干旱、半干旱地区迅速兴起的农业灌溉方式,对该区增产粮食起到积极推动作用。长江流域近年来经济增长迅速,而粮食产量增长缓慢,供需矛盾日渐突出。流域内山丘地区的耕地占总耕地面积的62%,而粮食产量仅占49%,具有较大的增产潜力,由于发展引水灌溉困难,大都还保持着旱作生产,受气候影响较大,粮食产量低而不稳,且易引发水土流失和旱涝灾害。流域内降雨资源丰富,具有发展集流灌溉农业的得天独厚优势,集流灌溉技术的实施,不仅有利于防治和减少水土流失,而且有利于挖掘粮食生产潜力,实现稳产、高产,必将为流域内粮食增长做出贡献。 Runoff collecting irrigation agriculture rapidly rises in the last stage of the eighth five year plan in northwestern arid and semi arid region,and it plays an active role in promoting grain output.In Yangtze River basin,economy increase rapidly and grain output increasing is slow in recent years,contradiction between supply and demand of grain becomes more and more serious.Cultivated field in the gully and hilly is about 62% and grain output only is 49%,and these areas have larger potential to increase grain output.In the hilly and gully region,because of difficulty to build irrigation works,this area still keeps dry farming and climate in fluence production,grain output is low and unsustainable,soil and water loss and drought and waterlogging are easily taking place.There are plentiful rainfall resources and has many advantages to develope rainfall collecting irrigation.Using rainfall collecting irrigation technique in this region,can not only control soil and water loss,but also can abtain stable and high production.
