摘要
对晋城市居民尿中1-羟基芘和空气中多环芳烃进行了同步采样分析,176个尿样的测定结果表明:尿中1-羟基芘的浓度在0.20~1.30(μmol/mol肌酐)之间,空气中BaP的浓度非采暖期为0.8~5.0(ng/m^3);采暖期为12~15(ng/m^3),芘与BaP的比值为1.1~1.2,显示晋城市空气中多环芳烃的污染在我国北方城市中属于低水平。
The concentration of urinary 1-hydroxypyrene of young residents and centent of benzo (a) pyrene(BaP) in the ambeint air were determined by HPLC. The urinary and air speciments were sampled synchronously. The determination rerults of 176 urinary speciments showed that the concentration of 1-hydroxypyrene in urine is 0.20 - 1.30/maol/mol treat. The concentration of BaP in air is 0.8 - 5.0ng/m3 in Imnheating season and is 1.1~1.2ng/ m^3 heating season. The pyrene/BaP is about 1.1~1.2. The results indicate that the level of PAH pollution in the ambient air in Jineheng city is lower than that in other cities in the north of China.
