摘要
为预测试验型铰接式高速客车的曲线通过性能,根据有关技术规则提供的列车结构参数及高速试验线的曲线线路条件,建立了适合铰接式结构的非对称3车4转向架的列车曲线通过计算模型和相应的SIMULINK仿真模块图。分析了轨道随机激扰、踏面外形及主要悬挂参数对曲线通过性能的影响,获得该车组以300km/h高速通过大半径曲线(5600m)时主要的动态及稳态曲线通过性能特性。着重指出曲线轨道随机激扰对高速列车的影响。
In order to investigate the curving performance of a prototype articulated high speed train, a theoretical model of an articulated train equipped with three car bodies and four bogies has been developed for the curving simulation with the consideration of the nonlinear characteristics of wheel/rail relationship and the nonlinear suspension characteristics. The simulation was done in the environment of the SIMULINK software package, which enabled the author to create the complex nonlinear model efficiently and obtained plentiful results. In sum of the main results, the sensitivity to the track alignment when the train negotiates a curved track with very large radius(5600 m) at very high speed(300 km/h) indicates that the attention should be focused on the improvement of track quality especially on curved track.
