铰接式高速客车横向动力响应和转向架悬挂参数优化研究

摘要 阐述铰接式高速客车计算分析模型的建立和非线性动力响应。模型采用3车4转向架的车组模型,车体之间通过中央弹性铰相连。针对铰接式高速客车的特点,研究相邻两车体间铰接式转向架的横向动力学性能以及车间减振器和转向架悬挂参数对铰接式客车横向运行稳定性和平稳性的影响。研究结果表明:铰接式客车和转向架具有良好的横向运行稳定性和平稳性。最后优化了主要悬挂参数并提出铰接式转向架的设计基本原则。 This paper developed the non linear dynamic model of high speed railway passenger vehicles with articulated trucks, and used computer to simulate the truck hunting speed and the lateral dynamic performances of vehicles. The model consisted of three car bodies, two ending trucks and two articulated trucks. The suspension parameters of truck were optimized and the result showed that the articulated truck and articulated vehicle have good ride performances. Finally,the design principles of articulated truck and the suggestions were presented.
