摘要
提出一种新的功率传感型监控法─电机负载率监控法。并通过机床切削实验来考察该监控法的抗电压波动干扰能力。研究了电压波动对电机负载率的影响规律。表明电机负载率监控法不仅抗电压波动干扰能力强,而且实施方便。
This paper proposes a new power monitoring scheme with the load-rate of tbe motor as the monitoring variable. By way of metal cutting machine tool experiment,the ability to attenuate disturbance of voltage fulctuation of the monitoring scheme is examined and the law of voltage fluctuaion affecting the load-rate is studied also. So, the new power monitoring scheme not only has good ability to attenuate disturbance of voltage fluctutation but also is simple and practical.
