摘要
就液态浸渗法制备短纤维增强金属基复合材料工艺中,液态金属对纤维预制件的压力浸渗过程提出一种动力学模型.获得了挤压时间与液体温度和压力之间的关系.为短纤维/金属复合材料及生物工程材料的制备工艺提供了理论依据.
A modeling of penetrative dynamic behaviour during fabrication of short fiber reinforced metal matrix composite by infiltration process is presented.As a result,the relationship among the squeeze penetration time,temperature of melt alloy and the applying pressure are solved.It is a theorical guide to the fabrication technology of short fiber/metal composite and bioengineering materials.
