摘要
发酵液的流变学通过对发酵过程和各种物理、化学生物参数产生作用,对过程模型和发酵过程控制产生重要影响.特别是通过流变流体动力学对生化反应动力学和细胞生长动力学产生重要影响,从而对整个发酵过程的控制与优化产生不容忽视的影响,发酵液的流变学是考虑发酵过程控制时不可缺少的一部分.
Most of previous and current consideration on the process control of fermentation include:(1) the parameter’s measurements and estimation in bioreactors.(2) the modelling of fermentation process and (3) the control strategy of fermentation process.However,the rheology of fermentation fluids were not considered in the above-mentioned previous work.So,the significant effects of rheological properties on the three aspects of process control of fermentation are considerd and discussed in this paper.
