摘要
采用CLC法,分析测定了山楂原种(Crataegus pinnatifida Bge.)、毛山楂(C.maxi-mowizii Schneid.)和伏山楂(C.praecox Dai.& Fu.)果肉和果核中的脂肪酸组成与含量.结果表明,3种山楂果肉中亚麻酸含量最高,平均为36.21%,果核中亚油酸含量最高.平均为75.38%.山楂果肉和果核中所含的脂肪酸都以不饱和脂肪酸为主,是一种很有前途的食用油脂资源.
The results showed that the content of linolenic acid in sarcocarp of hawthorns is highest and the content of linoleic acid in kern of hawthorns is highest. The fatty acids in sarcocarp and kern of hawthorns are mainly unsaturated fatty acid. So wild hawthorn is a good oil plant resource.
