结合国家八五科技攻关项目“生物质液体燃料发展与对策研究”的科研成果,通过系统工程理论,运用系统动力学的基本原理与方法建立数学模型,数据经国际国内联机检索和收集国家统计局及有关国内外文献建立液体能源数据库,通过计算机的运算与全面、系统、深入的分析,提出了我国生物质液体燃料发展策略的总体思路.

This paper is based on the product of national science and technology project, namely, the research on biomass liquid fuel's developing tactics, with system engineering theory, system dynamics theory, liquid energy database and computer, the general ides is advanced, which is about biomass liquid fuel's developing tactics.
